When the secondary combustion program of the gas burner malfunctions continuously, the burner should be turned off, the gas supply system of the burner should be checked for normal operation, the circuit should be connected correctly, and the burner can be restarted after troubleshooting.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use a wrench or metal rod to impact or rub, in order to avoid generating static electricity or sparks, which may cause gas explosions.
3. Smoking, welding, cutting, and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited on the gas supply valve group or pipeline flange surface.
4. It is strictly prohibited to conduct open flame tests near pipelines, valve groups, and pressure regulating valves to avoid serious accidents.
5. Test whether there is fuel in the gas supply pipeline, usually through a low pressure gas test.
6. The gas supply pipe has been emptied, but there are residual gases or droplets on the pipe wall. In the case of static sparks and open flames, it may also cause combustion and explosion.
When the gas supply pipeline is ventilated and the valve block fails, it needs to be removed. Firstly, the valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off, and then before disassembling and repairing the unit, the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group must be disassembled and repaired.
During the debugging process, the gas must be strict, safe, and efficient.
