Operation of gas burners

Operation of gas burners
Due to the fact that the main fuels of gas burners are combustible gases such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and urban gas, these fuels are flammable and explosive dangerous gases. Safety should be highly valued during use and storage, otherwise major safety accidents may occur.
(1) Start operation:
For newly installed furnaces, it is necessary to test whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner before debugging. Check whether the testing instruments on the gas supply pipeline are normal, whether the pipeline valves are opened and closed normally, and whether it is convenient for future use and maintenance.
2. For newly installed pipelines, the installation reliability and sealing of all pipelines should be carefully checked.
3. Users using separate gasification stations should ensure that the gas supply volume and parameters meet the requirements for safe combustion.
4. Operators should carefully read the instructions and master safety operation knowledge and methods.
5. Before starting each time, check if the gas valve is open, otherwise the burner will not work.
6. Start the power control on the control cabinet and press the button. At this point, the digital display table will display the current furnace temperature, which is the ambient temperature of the newly installed furnace.
7. Start the fan control button, and the fan installed on the furnace body will work. If the fan is damaged, the control cabinet will automatically protect it and do not proceed to the next step.
8. When there are no abnormalities in the operation of the combustion fan, start the combustion control button and the combustion program controller starts working. Through certain procedures such as ignition, gas supply, and flame detection, safe combustion is ultimately achieved.
When the combustion controller receives signals that are not conducive to combustion (such as ignition failure, unstable air pressure, circuit problems, etc.), the combustion controller will immediately shut down the gas and issue an alarm signal.
If the combustion controller alarms, it must be manually reset by the operator after the fault is resolved before continuing to operate.
11. For the operation of the entire equipment, operators should refer to the furnace safety operating procedures and production process requirements for operation.
When temperature control needs to be adjusted according to production process requirements, operators should refer to the manual of the intelligent CNC meter for adjustment.
(2) Shutdown operation:
1. There are two situations for shutdown: the first is to automatically stop when the temperature in the furnace reaches the set value, and then the operator does not need to operate until the temperature in the furnace drops below the set value, and the controller will automatically start.
2. The second method is: when the machine is manually or continuously shut down, the operator should shut down the machine in reverse order (a. first turn off the combustion control button, b. then turn off the fan button, c. finally turn off the power and press the button).
If the shutdown time is long, the operator should close the gas pipeline valve to avoid gas leakage.
