Common causes of boiler oil burner operation

Common causes of boiler oil burner operation
The oil burner can schedule the oil outlet pressure of the oil pump according to the exhaust smoke color. Turn the pressure regulating screw clockwise to increase the pressure and decrease the oil output; On the contrary, the pressure drops and the oil output increases. The normal planning of oil pump pressure is 0.98~1.18 MPa, and random scheduling is not allowed during operation. Instability of the flame is often resuscitated and then automatically reburning, which is generally caused by lack of fuel supply.
If the diesel oil supply is not cut off in time during the operation of the diesel burner, it will lead to recovery. After the rescue, the flame sensor shows a high impedance condition. The controller commands continuous fuel injection and pre blowing for about 10s. If the initial fuel injection can set up the burner to ignite again. If the diesel oil is still not supplied after the initial eruption and cannot be burned normally, the controller will automatically apply the method of continuous fuel injection and combustion after a delay of about 10s, and the air supply motor will also operate continuously and turn on the red warning light. After waiting for 1~2min, the thermal delay is over, and the red light can be reset manually to automatically initiate the next combustion process.
When the fuel supply is insufficient, the burner is often accompanied by a "blame, blame sound" as the flame grows and weakens. At this time, the liquid in the fuel supply pipe of the fuel burner may be accompanied by bubbles, making the fuel injection pressure unstable and combustion unstable. Otherwise, when there are bubbles in the fuel pipe, the operating resistance of the oil pump will increase and decrease, so the aforementioned "blame, blame sound" appears.
When the ignition is unstable, it is often accompanied by black smoke. This is because the oil pressure can not be set up when the fuel supply is insufficient, which makes the diesel atomization not good enough to completely burn. The common causes of unstable ignition are: when the oil suction pipe leaks, the external air enters the oil pipe to form bubbles; The oil suction pipe is narrow, blocked, and compressed, which makes the oil way blocked and the diesel supply insufficient; The filter screen of the oil supply system (including the inlet filter screen of the oil suction pipe, the diesel filter element, the filter screen of the oil pump, etc.) is blocked. In winter, the oil supply system is often blocked, because the fluidity of diesel oil is poor when the temperature is low, which is easy to separate wax, block the pipeline, diesel filter element, oil pump filter screen, nozzle filter screen, etc., so that the oil supply system is not dredged, causing unstable ignition or rescue. If the temperature in the workshop is low, you can use a baking lamp to heat the oil supply pipeline, key heating oil pump, filter element and other parts
