Start up process and maintenance knowledge of fuel oil burner
First of all, switch on the power supply, the motor of the fuel oil burner runs, and spark discharge occurs between ignition power stages. After about 13 seconds of pre electric hair dryer, the vacuum solenoid valve of the gasoline pump opens by itself, and the exhaust gas from the nozzle is ignited by the spark discharge. At this moment, the flame detector senses the brightness of the flame, and the controller enters the lock mode.
Secondly: the ignition power level will delay ignition for about 15 seconds to stop ignition, and the fuel oil burner will enter the normal operation state. If the ignition fails and no flame is generated, or the flame detector does not feel the brightness of the flame, after about ten seconds of safety time, the safety alarm device acts, the process of fuel oil burner operation is disconnected, and the common fault signal lamp is lit. When the fuel oil burner is just running, if the brightness has been felt by the flame detector, the safety management system acts. The controller does not enter the normal process, the vacuum solenoid valve is not easy to open, and the nozzle does not inject oil. After about ten minutes of safety time, the common fault signal light will be on.
Next step: When operating the fuel burner in a bright place, the flame detector must be blocked to prevent it from seeing light. After the fuel oil burner shoots flames, the flame detector shall be loosened immediately, otherwise the fuel burner cannot work normally. The fuel oil burner can be restarted only after the signal lamp of the fuel oil burner is lit for 3 minutes.
Key points to pay special attention to when applying fuel oil burner:
1. Special attention shall be paid to the waterproof and damp proof of the motor to prevent it from being used under wet and damp conditions.
2. The fuel oil burner shall be installed stably, and shall be applied horizontally or vertically to prevent skew.
3. When it is inconvenient to operate the fuel oil burner immediately, the control circuit and electrical protection equipment shall be connected externally.
4. Frequently check whether the connection between the fuel oil burner and each component is firm, loose, and the position is changed.
5. Connect the peripheral circuit, and wire the heating furnace temperature, working pressure, water level, etc. according to the wiring method of the automatic control system.
6. The oil suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and shall be kept 80-120mm away. Before filling the oil tank, turn off the fuel oil burner. The oil can only be added to the oil tank after passing the filter. It can be started again after 20 minutes of oil filling. The oil passage system software shall be free of oil leakage and steam leakage. Check whether the oil tank is full of fuel before running the fuel oil burner.
